Structural Navigator is a versatile tool designed for the mobile review of 3D structural models, offering a practical solution for professionals in the field. The application enables users to view, query, and annotate structural models in three dimensions from any location using a mobile device.

Key functionalities include:

• Navigation through 3D models employing zoom, rotate, pan, walkthrough, and flyover controls
• Color coding of elements based on specific properties such as slab thickness or pipe diameter
• Filtering models according to members with shared attributes
• Clash detection between different object types
• Adding markups that include status, due date, responsible party, and supplementary information
• Interactive querying of members to access comprehensive property data

Structurally, the software supports Bentley’s i-model format, which facilitates seamless conversion of any ISM repository into an accessible format for review. The workflow involves creating an enriched ISM repository using preferred Bentley ISM-compatible applications, converting it to an i-model, and then conducting reviews within Structural Navigator.
